South Tyrolean cuisine during your holiday Gourmets and lovers of traditional cuisines find plenty of culinary dishes on the Seiser Alm or in its surrounding villages. Every year in January, you can taste original Tyrolean dishes during the event called "Kastelruther Hoazetkuchl". In June the cosy village Völs invites you to the "Naturkostwochen", where light dishes are delicately prepared. If you are looking for traditional recipes with a touch of refinement you should visit us in October: Taste one of the finest dishes during the "Kuchlkastl" event in Völs. Anyway, wherever you stop to get something to eat, do not forget to try one of the Tyrolean specialities offered by many alpine huts. |
